Today I am adventuring out to a new farmers market in downtown Lafayette, la. To see what’s available:

City Girl Farms grows a great selection of micro greens and fresh vegetables.

Today’s farm fresh recipe :

Tomato,Avocado and Microgreen Salad :

1 tomato ( sliced)

1 avocado ( peeled, pited and cubed)

Microgeens ( 1/4 c)

Dressing : 1 T oil oil and 1/2T balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Wish together and toss with salad.
