Good Morning ! It’s Sunshine here and my Jasmine plant is blooming . So it’s time to pick some flowers and have some fun:
Jasmine is inhaled to improve mood, reduce stress, and reduce food cravings. In foods, jasmine is used to flavor beverages, frozen dairy desserts, candy, baked goods, gelatins, and puddings. In manufacturing, jasmine is used to add fragrance to creams, lotions, and perfumes.
Jasmine Facial:
Take a handful of mogra or jasmine flowers in a bowl and pour in warm water. Keep the bowl covered for 30 minutes. Next, add 1-2 tbsp of aloe vera gel into the bowl. You can use fresh aloe vera gel from the plant or use the readymade one.
Jasmine Honey Facial
This recipe (1-2 tablespoons of dried jasmine flowers plus four ounces of raw honey) helped relieve blackheads on my skin and brightened up my complexion. Apply on makeup free, damp skin and allow to settle for three to five minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water
Jasmine Flower Mask :
Mash a few petals of Jasmine flower, add a tbsp. of raw milk and besan. Mix well, apply the flower mask and relax. The aroma of this face mask from flowers is going to transport you to a different place altogether.
Jasmine can effectively prevents rashes, hydrates the dull skin while tightening and rejuvenating your skin. By balancing the pH of your skin, this acts as a perfect toner for your daily skincare routine.

Instructions
- Using black or green tea, place a layer of tea in the bottom of a jar with a large opening. Place a layer of fresh jasmine flowers over tea. Add another layer of tea over top. Repeat as jasmine blooms, if desired. Note: I use 1/4 cup of tea, and just enough jasmine flowers to cover the tea, then add the second tea layer of 1/4 cup. Place a can or small weight on top of the tea. Cover tightly with lid.
- Allow jasmine flowers to perfume the tea for at least 24 hours, up to several weeks. Remove weight. It is okay to leave dried jasmine flowers in the tea. Store in a cool dark place.
- To prepare, steep a heaping teaspoon of jasmine tea in 8-10 oz for water just off the boil. Steep for 5-7 minutes, strain and serve.
