Chicken and Dumplings
4 chicken breast
4 chicken legs
1 large onion /chopped
3 ribs of celery chopped
2 bay leaves
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt, peper and poultry season
1 package frozen dumplings
Place-chicken, onion, celery, bay leaves and season in pot –Cover with water. Boil until tender. Remove chicken and de bone. Strain liquid. Add soups to Liquid bring to a Boil add poultry seasoning .Drop dumplings cook as directed on dumplings package. Add chicken. Serve hot.
