

- 1 lb ground round
- 1 can deviled ham
- salt/pepper
- blue cheese
- dry red wine
- butter
Blend ham spread with ground round. Add salt and pepper. Mold hamburger in 1 1/2 in patties with blue cheese and let marinade with red wine in refrigerator ( 3 hours) . Cook burgers in Butter pan when done remove burgers and make sauce by adding more butter to sauce and letting sauce thicken.
