
Today in My Kitchen it’s the all American hot dog with a Cajun twist on the grill :

- All meat hot dog
- hot dog Buns
- hot dogs cooked on grill. Toast bun on grill Lisa
Cajun Trinity Relish for the hot dogs :
- 1 small green bell pepper chopped
- 1 small onion Chopped
- 1 rib celery chopped fine
- 1 Creole tomato chopped fine
- 2 Tablespoon Sweet Relish
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- dash of hot sauce
- Mixed together in a bowl and chill . Serve on top of hot dog with condiments.
Served with Louisiana Zapp Chips
Zapp’s is a brand of potato chip made in the United States. The chips are cooked and packaged in Gramercy, Louisiana. The chips are kettle-cooked in peanut oil. Zapp’s market themselves with their Cajun heritage, using names such as “Spicy Cajun Crawtator”, “Sour Cream and Creole Onion” and “Cajun Dill Gator-tators”
