Today Iam sharing some of my favorite area Food Tucks ! Its National Food Truck day!

Are you a food truck fan? Do you follow your favorite on social media tracking them ?

Asian noodles and rice
Caribian Jerk truck
Mexician food truck

Fresh Guacamole

  • 2 ripe Avocado mashed
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 pressed garlic cloves
  • Mix together in a bowl and let chill .

We usually eat at them at the Park, festival and the Farmer’s market on Saturday. Also starting back this Summer the Food Truck Roundup featuring all kinds of food. Yum! So go out and eat at your favorite Food Truck!

  1. As I recall, in Los Angeles they refer to food trucks as roach coaches. Not a very appealing nickname, but I’ve gotten some of the best Mexican food from them! 😺
