My Sons at college but the Parents are going bye to drop off some missed items . I have just enough time to whip this up to take to him : Something healthy after a week of junk .
Saturday Recipe ”
- 1 C AP flour
- 1 C quick cooking whole wheat cereal
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 C milk
- 1/3 C honey
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/3 C peanut butter
- 1 Egg ( well beaten)
Directions for Peanut Butter Honey Muffins : Mix first 4 ingredients – make a well. In the Center of the well ( combine milk,honey,oil & peanut butter) Stir together until Moist. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes. Lisa
