Today is Monday and I am Home today cleaning house and donig all those things I put off earlier in the week.
But what will supper be ? Since I will be busy -Looks like sandwiches tonight but not just any sandwich – a family favorite .

- Sliced Bread
- 1 t mayonise
- 1 t prepared mustard
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Turkey
- Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 C milk
Directions:
Make your sandwich . Then in a bowl mix Egg & milk set aside. Heat a skillet and dip sandwich in egg mixture and brown on both sides -serve hot.
