It’s President Day !! And hubby has the day off and we are running errands .So in honor of Washington Birthday ” Happy Birthday Mr. President
Cherry Pie Supreme
- 9 inch unbaked Pie shell
- 1 15 oz can Cherry Pie filling
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 C sour cream
Spred 1/2 of can of cherry pie filling in pie shell =bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven-Lower oven to 350. Mix together cheese,eggs,sugar and vanilla -leaving some of the sour cream for decoration. And Spread on to hot pie. Bake 25 minutes -let Cool. Then Spoon sour cream around edges and fill in with cherry pie filling.
