I serve a risen Savior, He’s in the world today; I know that He is living, what ever foes may say, I see his hand of mercy, I bear his voice of cheer, and just the time I need him, he’s always near: HE LIVES, HE LIVES, CHRIST JESUS LIVES TODAY! HE WALKS WITH ME AND TALKS WITH ME ALONG LIFE’S NARROW WAY. HE LIVES, HE LIVES, SALVATION TO IMPART! YOU ASK ME HOW I KNOW HE LIVES, HE LIVES, WITHIN MY HEART!!!!
HE IS RISEN! HALLELUJAH!
Up from the grave He arose, with a mighty triumph over his foes; He arose a victor from the dark domain and He lives forever, with His saints to reign, He arose, He Arose! Hallelujah! Christ arose.
BECAUSE He lives, I can face tomorrow; because He lives, all fear is gone; because I know He holds the future, and life is worth the living just because He lives.
And then one day, I’ll cross the river; I’ll fight life’s final war with pain; and then as death gives way to victory, I’ll see the lights of glory and I’ll know reigns.
