
This Friday I am featuring a new version of a favorite post from my blog. Granny”s Crab Au Gratin :

- 3 T butter
- 3 T flour
- salt and pepper,creole seasoning
- 11/2 C of hot milk
- 11/2 jigger of sherry wine
- 3/4 C grated American cheese plus 1/4 for top
- chopped parsley
Melt butter, seasoning and gradually stir in flour. Add in milk and stir until thicken. Add sherry wine and cheese -stir to dissolve cheese. Add crab meat -stir together and place in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Heat in oven until cheese is melted on top.
