
Saturday Morning and I am out tending the Garden before temperatures sores:

Looks like I will have yellow squash soon the blooms turn into vegetables. And this is a family favorite recipe :

Smothered Squash :
- 6 summer squash ( cleaned and sliced)
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 medium onion sliced thin
In a large skillet melt the butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Add squash and cook until they start to soften. Cover and leave on low and let cook until tender ( about 25 minutes) . Enjoy
