Kat Lieu, formerly a doctor of physical therapy, fell in love with baking. She is currently a full-time author and recipe developer at modernasianbaking.com. I have not tested any of these yet but the instructions seem easy enough to follow and I like that the author went through some of the basics in terms of ingredients and techniques used in Asian baking. Every recipe has a photo and they all look so good I don’t know how I’ll decide what to make first. A must buy if you’re trying to branch out into Asian baking like me.
