Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
- In a 4 Quart Pyrex measuring Cup
- 1/2 C white Karo syrup
- 1 Cup sugar
- ! C raw penutes
- Cook on high 4 minutes – Stir
- Microwave another – 3 minutes
- Stir in -1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tb;s oleo
- Microwave for 1 minute – Add 1 tsp baking soda – Stir
- Pour into a buttered dish & let set up.
So your a purest -the old fashioned kind of person –
- You need a heavy sauce pan .
- 2 -1 ounce unsweetened chocolate squares
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 Tablespoon of white Karo syrup
- Heat to a soft ball (235 degrees)
- Remove from Heat -Add Butter
- Cool slightly and Beat till stiff
- Add Nuts & vanilla
Can be dropped on Wax paper or poured in a buttered dish to set up. Lisa
