Maya Corrigan lives near Washington, D.C., within easy driving distance of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the setting for this series. She has taught courses in writing, detective fiction, and American literature at Georgetown University and NOVA community college. : This is not the first book in this series but can be read as a lone book. . This book is about the heroine ( Val), who runs her own catering business and works at the cafe of an athletic club, caters a dinner on a boat to recreate the last dinner of the first class on the Titanic. As you can imagine, things go terribly wrong. This cozy mystery is filled with great characters,a believable background and a who done it that will keep you reading. So dive in this Summer delight.
