Happy Wednesday ! Today’s journal post is about WINE.
Yes – Wine. We joined an online wine club and received our first 4 wines . Two bottles of Red and Two bottles of White. bought from Winc Winc -Wine club that is delivered to our door each month.
My journal tracks what we have received and our reviews of the wines that we are trying this month.

My Recipe pairing for My white wine : Breathern of the Road
Recipe : Apple Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 C sliced Onion
- 2 apples peeled,cored & sliced
- 1/2 t salt & pepper
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 t ground mustard
- 1/8 t ground cloves
- 3/4 C hot water
- 2 T oil
Pre Heat oven 375 bake 30-45 minutes
Brown in Oil the onions-remove. Then brown Pork chops & place in a baking dish. Cover pork chops with onions,apples and salt & pepper.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar,mustard,cloves and water Mix and pour over pork chops and Bake .
