Grandma ‘s Banana Pancakes

Hello Saturday – it’s time for Breakfast – 

Today’s  family recipe is an old family favorite. Banana Pancakes

Not only did Grandma make these for breakfast but they showed up at dinner time sometime too. But no matter what time you eat them -Yum!!1

Buttermilk Pancakes with Banana :

  • 1 C flour
  • 1 tesp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 C Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 T  melted margarine
  • 3 bananas (will be sliced then)

In one bowl -flour,baking powder,salt and sugar. In another bowl beat egg add soda to buttermilk and Add too egg. Mix the two together and add in melted margarine.  Cook on a large griddle or skillet – Pour mixture onto skillet let one side cook (start to bubble ) Flip pancakes and Add Slice Banana  – and let  finish Cooking.   Serve with syrup or sugar on top with add banana   .
