First thing’s first, this cookbook is BEAUTIFUL with great pictures and healthy recipes. . If you are new to vegan cooking ( like me ) some items the recipe calls for may be new to you, but they are not hard to find -(look for them at your local big box grocery markets for them). They are great extras for your pantry and make these recipes special. Your family will thank you for this addition to the menu. * Check out the recipes for toddlers.
