
I am finishing March with this Lenten recipe a favorite here in town….

- 8 Catfish fillets
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T margarine
- creole seasoning
- Sauce:
- ! C ketchup
- 1 T margarine
- 1 T worechester sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp creole seasoning
- 1/4 C chopped green pepera
- hot sauce
Season fish and place in baking dish. Baste with lemon and margarine and Broil. About 5 minutes each side. Make the sauce and heat up in microwave bowl. Stir And when fish is ready serve with Sauce on top.
creole seasoning
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 6 tablespoons paprika
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons cayenne
Mix together and Enjoy on all your favorite foods.
