
In South Louisiana during Lent it means – No meat Friday ! So this Friday recipe is perfect :

Crawfish Pasta :
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bunch green onion /diced
- 1 stalk celery /chopped
- 1/2 green pepper/ chopped
- 2 -8 oz cream cheese
- 2 pints cream /milk
- 2 cloves of garlic /minced
- 1 lb Crawfish (shrimp) peeled
in a skillet melt butter and saute vegetables. Add cream cheese and stir till melted. Add milk -Stir. Add Crawfish and simmer till done. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over Pasta.
